The chef/owner Michael is a great cook! The pasta with clams (red sauce) is absolutely stellar. Their pizza is freshly made 100%. All the food is made right in front of you. It is the best pizza I have had in Florida and even in New York. Anyone who had a bad experience, it had to be a fluke. Even if there is a problem, let the chef know, and he fixes it immediately. Their garlic rolls are the best I have ever had as well.
The old pizza Mia was awesome. The new owners are rude and food is not great.
