Augustenfelder Hof - Dachau

Came in to town after visiting a friend and needed a quick dinner. The first impression was the super friendly staff. They bent over backwards to accommodate for our questions and requests. The food came quickly and was delicious. Just what we were looking for.

We stopped by this place for lunch after visiting the Dachau Concentration Camp. It is close and convenient. The first thing we noticed was the friendly and welcoming nature of the staff. We felt like we were sitting down with family. Although, they didn't have a menu in English, our server was happy to assist with our attempts at translating. The speatzle was excellent. We also had a cheese and bread plate which was a spread cheese in olive oil and onion slices. The food was good and on par for pricing in the area. The beer was good value and as always, cheaper than the water! Parking is limited to a few spaces out front in the street and a couple spaces designated in the hotel parking spots next door. Although, this didn't seem to be a problem.

Rustic restaurant with good and rich kitchen, from the appetizer to the dessert, great friendly staff and that drinks offer leaves no wish open. food: 5 service: 5 atmosphere: 5
