Burgitzza - Dacorum

We had pizza and mexican chips yesterday. Pizza was the best we have had for a long time. Mexican chips are lovely Will be getting our food from here from now on

Pizzas for me are generally too greasy (Good substitute for a kebab on drunken night out maybe) and the burgers are relatively dry and tasteless (at least the ones I have tried). The worst thing and the reason I write this review has to be the managements customer service, my family member ordered a takeaway from them fairly recently, but unfortunately had to ring up and complain about a hair in her food, she wasn't annoyed and just wanted to politely point out to them that she found said hair in her food, which is a bit gross but can happen even to very decent places so not too condemning, the thing that is however is how he treated her and her complaint like trash, aggressively telling her she is lying and smugly telling her to go elsewhere because they don't need her money nor care as they are getting quite popular, she was taken a back by this truly shameful way to talk to someone especially a paying customer and possibly the worst customer service I have heard of, I'll never eat from there ever again nor will my family members, I suggest and hope others also avoid, because they don't deserve another penny.

I ordered Nachos that were dried up tortillas with a little cheese and bits of dried up mince on top. No salsa or guacamole. The chicken sandwich was a cheap piece of chicken with brown lettuce, no mayonnaise. I also ordered a salad which didn't arrive. The first and last time I'd ordered from here

Use the place quite often, never lets us down, always obviously freshly cooked, with fresh breads/buns and salad. Always happy to return. We’ve taken to getting the small pizzas that are spot on!

I've used Burgitzza lots of times before and the food has been good, but this time a have a voucher for just eats to used, so why not thought I would use here WHAT A MISTAKE not Ubers fault, first I pre order for 3 hours later but delivery can straight away it was ever written on the ticket the time I saw , anyway we was advised to order again by the restaurant driver. but without notice they cancelled the order again the system allows them to contact the customer but no, no-one call, we hadn't noticed till it got nearer the time, we looked at the order seeing it was still cancelled thinking it was a us error so we placed yet again , the was cancelled straight away but had been charged for it ?? so we contacted the restaurant ourselves all we got was a rude man shouting that the equipment wasn't working and they had wasted there time coming out to us first time before there fault they didn't read the ticket as I saw the correct time we tried to explain but he wasn't interested said he wasn't going to deliver so we will NEVER Use this company again, even outside of UBEREATS we are sick of just bad restaurants hope people will not complain
