Papa John's - Dacorum

The food is amazing, the service is excellent, and this is hands down the best pizza in town. This place is currently my favorite spot for pizza. Absolutely top-notch.

I ordered pizzas from this restaurant and waited for them to arrive. The delivery app showed that the food had been delivered, but I never received it. When I tried to call the restaurant, no one answered. They are complete morons. I recommend avoiding ordering from them.

Five chances and failed each time. false basic or basic solid in box so inedible, false toppings, extended pizza (see picture) they have problems with any nutritional requirements. incredibly disgusting. would not be surprised if they spit on it. will never be used again....You had enough chances. only decent part is the delivery.

We ordered a pizza delivery. in one of the pizzas there was a long black hair. when we told them they were extremely defensiw and said it was not a hair. well, it wasn't ours, how can the hair come on a pizza before we opened the box if it wasn't from them. obviously nowhere and frustrated about the clear lack of customer service/ownness (at a point of man laughed) we asked to speak with someone else. he said he would bring someone to call us and the area manager who just said if there is a complain we need by email.......eh!? he gave us the e-mail address, weeks later we have no confirmation...Nothing! I like papa johns johns but after that we will never buy again from the hot! they give no witness or respect the customers, they just want their money!

I don’t usually eat pizza, but papa john’s pizza is the only pizza I can eat. always get fresh and always what they expect. generous size and they are always ready to please the customer and make it their taste.
