Kroger Bakery - Dacula

I have a healthy food plan through my health insurance. In December, I used my quarterly supplement at the Kroger on Dacula Rd and scanned the rib roasts priced at $5.97 per pound. However, the scan showed that they were not eligible. When I returned the following week, the skirt steaks at $12.97 per pound scanned as eligible. Isn't that strange? This isn't the first time I've encountered this issue, and it's not just limited to the Dacula Kroger. They are supposed to be part of the healthy food plan, and I find it unacceptable that Kroger isn't complying with the plan when it comes to certain meat products.

The staff seemed more focused on fulfilling online orders than attending to in-person customers. I noticed cars parked directly in front of the production area, which made it difficult for walk-in customers to navigate. The selection of food available didn’t look appealing and appeared quite limited. Additionally, I observed deep cleaning taking place during my visit on a Saturday afternoon, which made me wonder if they did this on Friday evenings in preparation for the weekend rush of in-person customers.

The sushi selection here is excellent, and the bakery and deli are also stunning. This place is more than just a stop along the busy road.

The three young women who helped me today were incredibly sweet. I'm not from the area and they helped me find good places to spend some time. And my coffee is perfect.

This is the absolute WORST grocery store I have ever been to(not just worst Kroger, worst grocery store?. The employees are beyond rude. Every single time I come in here they have terrible attitudes. How is it my fault y'all dislike your jobs? You would have no job if I didn't SHOP. They make me uncomfortable every time I'm here. As if I am bothering them. What makes it worse is this is my local store. Why should I have to go out of my way because they are miserable. Kroger scrap the whole team except for 2 people I have encountered! Ridiculous
