Moe's Southwest Grill - Dacula

It's really disappointing to see what was once a great Moe's fall apart. I'd give it zero stars if I could. The attention from some of the younger employees is lacking; they seem more interested in just getting a paycheck than providing good service. The place is dirty, and while they’re just chatting amongst themselves, all 20 tables are a mess and the floors are disgusting. Half of the salsa containers were empty, and the beverage machine had only Fanta working. My 12-year-old said she couldn’t even eat her food. When I got home, I couldn't bring myself to eat my $30 meal because I was so disgusted by the chaos of the place. I ended up throwing it in the garbage. I won’t be returning. Just to compare, I’ve been to another Moe's where the staff was nice, the place was clean, and the food was great.

Terrible experience! This place is filthy everywhere you look. The staff were rude and seemed to struggle with English. Some customers were just sitting at their tables on their phones. I definitely will not be coming back!

The food was quite good, but the restaurant is noticeably short-staffed. Despite this, the employees still manage to do a great job.

Dirty hands alert this place does not care about cleanliness at all they do not wash their hands before preparing your food and between money transactions I came to this place earlier, but only because of multiple injuries to the health code to leave. Currently certified by the state of Georgia with a food manager license I can assure you that this place is not up to code. It is shocking to know that an adult woman working in a grocery store does not know that she is needed to wash your hands before making food. Shame for you... shame on management at this Dirty Dirty Square. Bad customer service clearly, this lady not only knows how to wash her evil hands, but does not know how to greet the customer when they go through the door that is mandatory by this company. I wish I could give this ZERO stars?. I just went in with my husband? first off the food was just bland? and he FELL by the soda machine. He is fine besides hurting his knees and hand knuckles but? ? After having to tell them TWICE that he fell and that there was soda all over the floor?. there was NO compassion or care from the staff.. All the girl had to say was? ? well we can?t do anything about that, the machine is leaking?.. WHAT!!!? So customers can fall and hurt themselves and all you have to say is you can?t do anything about a Leaking machine in YOUR establishment!!! Shameful!!! I I don?t know who?s training these people but they need to step it up? ugh?
