Papa Johns Pizza - Dacula

Today, my order was incorrect for the SECOND time, and all I was being told was “that is the order we have on the screen”, as if their “pizza terminal” is not without error.Therefore, “my customer service experience tells me that this establishment should offer resolve training to its employees when order issues arise.”

Every time we order a pizza somthing is wrong with the order or the pizza is made poorly.

Yesterday when I came in to pick up my pizzas the first thing I could smell was weed. Beyond that, almost immediately after i ate I was nauseous. To spare some disgusting details, it gave me food poisoning. Probably wouldn't go here unless you want the same fate lol.

Matthew the Team Lead was so professional and helpful tonight

Had delivery and the toppings were RAW. Also the updates about my order never came through. Will never waste money here again.
