I went back with the intention to get a refund, but a refund was denied. I was offered more ice cream I refused. Asst. Manager Ash, was not available to help, she directed the situation to someone else. So this restaurant didn't try to please me as a customer. I was told to contact companies. That's very disappointing. I paid three desserts that no one could eat. This shows that Sonic does not care for their customers money or health.
Super slow service. I pressed the button and waited for 25 minutes, without answer. I even push the button next to each other on two stands and no answer. The same six cars were not moved all the time. This place is downhill. Will not return. Save the money and go to Dairy Queen! Good food and good service!
Open my sandwich and not only was it the wrong sandwich, cold and was fixed because the salad was brown on soft, but what was in my sandwich was a bread tie. This is just ashamed
Slow, bad food, several chances given. Avoid it is not worth the risk or money! I never go back and to any wandering soul: I recommend any other place about this garbage fire. I tried this place in the last year because of their excellent cherry limery 8 times. At least 3 visits, I was waiting in my car for a pick-up order over 45 minutes, which was executed via their sonic mobile app. My food was cold and greasy, and I had to wait 15 minutes to fix missing items for a few visits. These are all orders only for 1-2 persons. Minor handle, but if I order a bigger soda, it feels like they just fill it with more ice into the crest, so I get less soda. I would have forgiven two stars if they could make at least one cherry cada right. It's clear that nobody cares. Seriously, they can also carry illuminated signs that they do not give a flop. I was wasted about $130 on this garbage last year, please don't make the same mistake! I spoke to a manager twice. Only on an occasion a manager apologised, but it really felt compelled to get me out of there. I don't know if these problems are group-wide or limited to this location, but I don't go back to any Sonic period.
Went for a Blast after dinner with my wife, daughter, her husband, and 2 grandkids. We decided to sit outside as it was a pleasant evening. We pushed the buzzer and waited, and waited, and waited, and waited. Finally, 20 minutes later they asked us what we would like. My wife and I ordered. My daughter then pushed the button. Fifteen minutes later our order arrived, but they still had not taken my daughter, her husbands, or the 2 grandkids order. I peeked inside to see what was taking so long. Turns out they had 2 employees working and the manager was sitting outside talking with someone. My daughter and her family finally said they had enough and headed to Dairy Queen. My daughter is local to this location and a school teacher at the middle school just down the street. Needless to say none of us will be going back. The manager should be terminated for her lack of employee support and just sitting outside talking while more people drove up and just left.
