Contribuisci feedbackI will never return to this location. We waited over 40 minutes in the drive-thru because we got stuck behind four cars in front of us. After finally reaching the window, the young employee handed us our food and slammed the window shut. I tried to get his attention, but ended up having to honk my horn obnoxiously just to get my drink. This was a mobile order placed at 8:00 PM. Had I known it would be this bad, I would have canceled my order and left. I'll definitely not be coming back. They may be slow, but their customer service is even worse.
I ordered online and when I arrived at the store, I found out that all systems were down. It turned out that all the Taco Bell employees had left. When I asked for a refund, I was told that there was no manager on duty and that the staff had only been working there for a couple of days. I requested that they contact a manager or the owner. After a long wait, they finally reached someone, and their proposed solution was to guide the staff through the Taco Bell ordering process step by step. Unfortunately, this ended in disaster. Half of my order was missing, and one of the workers couldn’t even make a Crunchwrap. To make matters worse, I got sick a few hours later, which I can only attribute to the chicken quesadilla, the only thing I had that my wife didn’t. If I could give zero or negative stars, I would, but since I have to pick a rating, I’ll give it one. I’d drive many miles to avoid this location in the future. While the workers were actually polite and helpful, I blame this location’s issues on the owner for allowing it to be mismanaged. The training is poor, and the leadership is even worse!
It seems like this franchise isn't really focused on making money. There doesn't appear to be enough staff to operate at the expected fast food pace. I can't speak to the exact situation, but be prepared for a long wait just to place your order. I can't fault the employees—or the lack thereof—for this.
I ordered $40 worth of food for a group of friends. Not only did our DoorDash driver have to wait almost 30 minutes to pick up the food but we were given the wrong food. I ordered many different items on the menu and received 10 soft tacos and a red drinkI didn?t order. I also know this location closes early just because friends who have gone through the drivethru during businesshours have been denied food. Do better
Exceedingly slow service compared to every other location within several miles. 25 minutes just to get to the drive through speaker, sat there for 5 minutes with no response, all while 2 other employees found it more important to clean trash cans inthe rain instead with 10 cars in line not even counting those who gave up and left early.
