Coyote Rojo Iii - Dade City

We visited this restaurant for the first time and had a great experience. The food was well-prepared and delicious, and they served tasty fresh chips and salsa for free. The service was exceptional—our waitress was friendly, attentive, and very helpful. While the menu is relatively simple, it offers enough variety to cater to different preferences. Our only issue was with the Margaritas, which were a bit bland and lacked adequate tequila. Despite that, we look forward to trying more items from their menu in the future.

The food here is consistently delicious, and the artwork on the chairs and walls is impressive. On your birthday, you even receive a complimentary hat! The margaritas are excellent as well. We've dined in and ordered takeout numerous times, and we always enjoy their dishes. However, service can be a bit slow depending on how busy they are.

My mom dressed for the first time, but my son and I love this place too! My mother enjoyed a taco salad and I got my usual Fajitas, my son wasn't with us last time, but he's a fan of the Carne Asada Steak and Queso.

The food and drinks are consistently excellent! The staff is lively and welcoming. The atmosphere is clean and fantastic!

Very busy (pre mothers day). Food was very good, all fresh, good quantities. Good servive even though a number of large groups. The only thing holding back another star was the lack of atmosphere. Seated near kitchen access which really was not ideal. Would recommend with these cautions.
