DISCLAIMER it’s not the restaurant it’s the clueless person who communicate with customers on call. And she was there yesterday 21 February 2024 at around 18:00 Or 6:39pm. ~disclaimer ends here~ Anyway, I guess the person came here to read reviews has already gotten the answers. Let me share my experience with BG DAKABIN too. So the situation is the actual manager or bellygood staff kinda struggle with language and they hired a local person to take orders, her job is to stay beside the phone, pickup when it rings,communicate and get the orders. Now the tragedy is the girl have no idea ‍ about their menu and food, yes she is sort of fluent in English but she still does not know what exactly people are ordering. It’s an Asian restaurant. The food item names are tricky, hard to pronounce and taking order names on phone is clearly a struggle. Long story short She ends up writing totally wrong orders. Bellygood staff have no idea that she is struggling. And she herself clearly not telling them that she is struggling. It’s kinda funny and sad at the same time. God knows how long they will survive like this. I personally never complaint and continued picking wrong orders only because I am worried she might lose her job. Even if someone try to complain, they will be talking to this girl with language and attitude problem only and she obviously won’t pass the message to the managers. Pretending everything is fine. The language barriers doing wonders here. So yea that’s what’s going on with the bellygood Dakabin store. Somebody really need to tell them. What she is upto. However the good thing is Sometimes like 2 out of 100 times she get it right. Probably when there’s no collective background noise of woks, spoons, chef talking loudly etc. So yeah there is something positive to focus on Bellygood North Lakes Bellygood Dakabin.
