Taco Bell - Dale City

I always use the Drive-Thru. Food is great...Tacos are always crispy as I like her. The staff is always pleasant and friendly. Totally contactless, even paying with a credit card, no one else touches them. The food is transferred via a plastic container. Great service.

There is much to learn through patience and attention to detail. Some have it, some don't.

Very good. They had a line in the drive thru, but it moved quickly.

Almost, every time I thru through her drive I go with my family meals and at the end back to the store because they do not complete my order. You do nothing to compensate for the need to drive back to the restaurant, I'm sorry that here is a free product for the inconvenience. The customer service ethics are very bad here. I don't complain, but this Taco Bell needs a better training.

The staff was more interested in each other than paying attention to customers coming in. Took over 5 minutes to pick up an order completed online.
