Extreme Cuisine - Dalhart

Food here is amazing. Its fresh and with good portions that will leave you satisfied. Atmosphere is relaxed and the waitress had a good sense of humor. Will definitely eat here next time I'm in town.

Visit 5.2.14 Dalhart Texas Visitor. My friend and I decided to eat lunch at this little restaurant. The server was kind and attentive and shared a rather irreverent sense of humor which only added to our enjoyment of the meal. I had the shrimp tacos (loved the crispy won ton taco shells) and my friend had the Angus Burger. If you live or travel through Dalhart, Texas then you will completely understand her comment This burger is delicious. It is better than the burger at Rookies and The Grill . I was almost dismayed that I did not order the burger though my entree was extremely good. The strawberry shortcake is the best variation of this dessert I have eaten to date the pound cake was moist with a firm texture, the strawberry compote not overly sweet, and topped with real whipped cream. We were privy to another table 's comment regarding the food and my response to those unkind words are Those two people do not know what they are talking about this food is delicious. Idiots. The food is worth the wait and upon my return to Dalhart this will be my go to place for meals. Yum..!. I had a Burger and it was delicious.! It was even better than the burgers from the Grill and Rookies.! The waitress was really nice I believe her name was Heather Jones. If you need a place to eat go to Extreme Cuisine..!
