Fine cuisine in a warm, all wooden inn inside. The vegetable invites you to discover an emulsion of foie gras chips a gray dorade and a caille on a summer truffle sauce, hell my sin Followed by a confit pineapple with sweet spices that deserves the detour. Organic poison wine and Demeter, of course.

We’ve been with La Chaume for a very long time and it’s always a real pleasure to find it. The season discovery menu is a treat. The service is neat and the warm and friendly welcome. An address to be recommended for timeless gastronomy enthusiasts.
