What a fantastic little restaurant owned by a talented Black woman! The service was outstanding, and the food was flavorful, fresh, and simply delicious. Everything, from the drinks to the appetizers and main courses, deserves a 5-star rating! I’ll definitely be returning frequently and spreading the word about this gem!

I was really excited to dine at this restaurant for my birthday dinner, but unfortunately, I was a bit disappointed. The Mardi Gras menu fell flat. The jambalaya was overly spicy and lacked flavor. I ended up ordering the gumbo, which was decent. I had hoped for just a single piece of French bread with my gumbo, but was charged for an entire plate instead. Considering the high prices, I expected them to acknowledge my birthday in some way, but the only gesture was a small jar of smoked apple butter handed to me as I walked down the stairs outside.

Best restaurant in DFW. Our family is from Louisiana and it feels like Home. Chef is amazing. Food is amazing. Staff is awesome.

We always try to find new spots for brunch in Dallas! Saw this spot with great reviews, we had a great time and experience. Jay took great care of us and the food was excellent and very tasty. Definitely recommend.
