Bison Grill - Dallas

I highly recommend this place for both locals and visitors alike. The staff is fantastic, the atmosphere is perfect for all kinds of sporting events, and it’s very family-friendly. The food is definitely the highlight of the experience. It's a real gem!

The owners of this new bar and grill focus on doing a few things very well, and they have succeeded in creating a menu featuring bison and antibiotic-free ingredients, along with house-made sauces. The bison dumplings are delicious, and the grilled chicken is juicy and flavorful. The atmosphere is great, with good music, TVs, and a pool table, making it a comfortable place to hang out. I encourage you to visit and support them in fulfilling their vision.

This is a fantastic hidden gem on Ross. While the atmosphere is casual, with several TVs and large drinks, it's the food that truly sets it apart. I had the bison burger and my wife tried the bison steak. Both dishes were delicious—bison is not only tastier but also healthier than traditional lean meat. I highly recommend this spot for the best burgers in Dallas!

We arrived and were immediately seated. The waiter was attentive but not overly so. We had chips and salsa which were warm and fantastic. I had the chicken fried bison and my wife had the bison burger. They were great. The best part is that bison has such a clean taste and is so much healthier than standard beef. They also brought out a sample of their chili. This was great tasting as well. This was our first time there and we will be back.

Edit: I've been back again, and this time I tried the bison burger and fries. It was absolutely delicious! The fries were crispy and well-seasoned, and all the sauces are made in-house, including the pickles. Tim makes you feel warm and welcoming, and it's wonderful to have a place like this so close by!
