Contribuisci feedbackBe careful when using their app. I ordered food thru their app and when I got there to pick up my food I was told my order had not been received. I showed the cashier my app and also showed order number and it had been paid for. He told me they had been having glitches with the app and I wasn't the only one experiencing this problem. I had to reorder and pay again. He assured me I would be getting a refund for the first order. It's 3 months later and no refund. I love their food but no more app will I be using.
It’s decorated super cute for Christmas right now, drive thru was fast and easy, food was amazing as always.
Liked: fast, two-lane drive-through; classic Chick-fil-A menu and service. Didn't like so much: lack of a playscape; stingy sauce distribution (defaulting to one per menu item).
Love the chicken, egg and pepperjack cheeses biscuit with lemonade
UPDATE: The dasher came back 1 hr later and handed me the shake and apologized for the slip. Kudos to you, Anna, for going above and beyond to make things right! I would avoid ordering delivery from this location. They missed my shake twice in a row and it was a hassle to call customer support. They would just give me the run around between Doordash and Chick fil A Cares team. Very disappointed!
