Contribuisci feedbackI'm leaving this review because I really like this location and want to see things improved. This location used to be a really good Chick-fil-A but for some reason the quality has dropped off big time on the breakfasts in the last 6 to 12 months. The biscuits for the egg and cheese biscuit are horrible. They are not fluffy but rather very flat, hard and almost cardboard like. It may as well be a frozen biscuit. At first I thought it was an aberration but it's been like that now very regularly at this location for a long while. Just to double check myself I went to the CFA on Mockingbird by Love Field, and the breakfast biscuit sandwich was so much better. Night and day difference. I have also tried other locations outside of this area and again, so much better than this one on Hillcrest. I have also tried the breakfast burrito at this location, and it's better than the biscuit sandwich but often times the hash browns and sausage in it are clumped together on one end or the other rather than each being spread evenly through the burrito. Seems like there needs to be better preparation techniques and better managerial oversight of the preparation. On a good note, lunches are always good at this location.
Quick and clean, friendly staff and hassle free pickup for dinner on the run. Chick-fil-A is the perfect solution for busy school night dinner dilemmas. Gluten-free options are easy to find, meals are fresh and amazingly healthy for fast food!
Good food but someone needs to tell the guy from India not to sweep the floor when people are eating. I would have, but thankfully I had just finished. Its rude and unsanitary. Managers, an almost empty restaurant is not an empty restaurant as long as people are still eating. Give us the same respect as those received when the restaurant was full. Good news is, my cashier was great!
This is a great location, of course, its in Highland Park across from SMU. Got there when they were super busy but remained polite and even has table service. Food was good, as well.
Cannot express how disappointed I am with your service. I understand you’re busy, but you can be absolutely unaccommodating at times. I ordered on the app, which apparently makes me second class in your company’s eyes. I selected “complete my order,” which apparently does not actually complete your order. Nothing has been ordered. You have to scroll down, click into another line item and find the “I’m here” button. Only then does your order actually place and get shoved into the queue. Not intuitive.Well I had someone picking up my order and they arrived at 10:30am on the dot. App shuts me out of breakfast orders, good luck, start over, your order is worthless now. I call the store and explain and the woman who answered, after 5 calls, explains that they stop breakfast at 10:30 am. I can buy what they have left, but only in person, I ask what they have and I’ll pay over the phone because someone is picking it up for me. She won’t do that for me. No option left for me to eat breakfast at all, too bad, better luck next time.Just be better chick fil a. Your product is great, I understand that everyone likes your food. Service is falling by the wayside and I don’t appreciate it.
