Contribuisci feedbackI love the extra everything..The reason is that it said ready but when I got there, I still wait for my order another 10 min.They don't have anyone in restaurant so they should help out the mobile orders instead standing around!
Food is delicious, service is not too bad, but the employees need to be a little more friendly with customers and change that cold attitude. Only the cashier a white female was very friendly . Plus the location needs to have clean tables at all the time for customers.
As the former closing cashier I’m disgusted with the GM here and how he treats his employees. There was conflict of interest happening towards me by this GM and when I reported it the same GM gossips about the situation to the workers. I was wrongfully terminated by my own GM for job abandonment when I clearly reported my leave of absence which is a benefit to chipotle employees. My GM here was aware and approved it, his boss (field leader) was also aware. Things got out of hand I had to transfer out to a different store and finds out I lost all of my benefits for being wrongfully terminated. Side note: he’s a new GM to this store as of January 2022. Ever since he’s taken over he’s lost a lot of good people including the ones that has been with this company over 5 years and 10 years. That speaks a lot for itself.
Came in Saturday at 615pm. The dining room is filthy. The people or person running this location should be ashamed of themselves. There is literally a garbage area with no trash bin where people are still putting trash in the hole and it’s just laying on the ground.
The dining room wasn't as clean as I expected, but the food was in place. Parking at this point is better than expected given their proximity to SMU and a Chik-Fil-A right next door.
