Cicis Pizza - Dallas

This place is always clean, the staff is constantly passing to collect empty plates, sweep, etc... The kitchen staff makes the kind of pizza you want if your favorite is not on the buffet. All in all, it is a beautiful experience. Vegetarian options: You make veggie pizza and a spinach/alfredo, I think... there is a salad bar with the buffet. Childfriendliness: Very casual place that has a playroom (for Tweens/Tens), but not a special area for small children. Parking: location is at the corner of a stripe mall, so it is a surface with some curb-side spots that contain handicap spots. Accessibility: You have a few handicap parkings kurbside and there are a few tables that are also marked as disabled. The tables seem to be stationary, but chairs are completely movable so that a wheelchair could be accommodated.

The food and service are excellent. I really enjoy the meat lover's pizza, as well as her soup and desserts. The staff is very friendly, too.

I was appalled to witness that the staff were not taking their jobs seriously; it's unacceptable for them to be consuming alcohol, like gin, while taking orders. This kind of behavior is outrageous and completely inappropriate for anyone working in a restaurant.

Today was a terrible experience. The pasta was thin and lacked flavor. When I mentioned this to the manager, she informed me that the cook had already left for the day. I asked her what she planned to do about it, but she didn't offer any response. When I told her I was considering writing a negative review, she encouraged me to go ahead, so here I am doing just that. I will never return to this restaurant.

Been to the location for. awhile and love the place but went on Saturday 09-17-2022 and had my family and grand children look on line and hours said closes at 10::00 pm doesn't specific say lobby or pickup when we get there manger say that the buffet closes at 9 mind you we get there at 8:30 and that the delivery is the only Option I don't think its fair cici should post the hours Correctly on their website thank you
