Their were 3 people in our party. One had lobster that was delicious, another had a fish fry the she liked, me on the other hand was not so lucky. I had the seafood combo which consisted of a piece of fish that was room temperature. 2 shrimp that were so overcooked that the breading wasn't even stuck to it and 2 scallops that were the size of a nickel and again the breading wasn't on them either and they were completely dried out. Not a good experience at all.
We went for an anniversary dinner and it was very disappointing. We ordered clams and they had sand in them. We ordered the lobster special. The lobster had no taste, very dry, it was like eating cardboard. The coleslaw tasted watered down. French fries were mediocre. The dining room had an odd smell. Credit card use for those that don’t like to carry cash gets you a nice size surcharge. Wait staff not very attentive either. Not worth the money.
Food is excellent but if busy the wait can be excessive.
I've been wanting to stop here for a while now but haven't until this evening. Our food was very good we got the crabby pretzel to share, I got the crab Mac cheese and a side of glazed carrots, and my husband got a patty melt with fresh cut fries and coleslaw. The crab mixture on the pretzel was tasty, although it was slightly cold when it came out. The crab Mac cheese was fantastic, and a generous portion size I will be eating it for lunch tomorrow as well lol. My husband's patty melt was perfect and the fries were some of the best I've had. Coleslaw was a touch sweet for my taste, but we still really enjoyed it.We also got chocolate cake to go, and it was delicious.Overall, it was a good experience and we will definitely be back in the future to try more of the menu lol.
