The drunken noodles were fantastic—I ordered mine with some spice, and they had just the right amount of heat without being overwhelming. I also sampled the chicken spring roll, and it was tasty as well. I will definitely be coming back!
I visited this restaurant after reading the reviews, but I was quite disappointed. I ordered the pad Thai, and there were so many vegetables that it hardly felt like there were any noodles at all. The sauce was also quite heavy (as shown in the second photo). Additionally, the Tom Kha soup was mediocre, with an overpowering coconut flavor.
On our recent visit, we ordered the Tom Kha soup (they didn’t have Tom Yum available that day), drunken noodles, pad Thai, and Thai fried rice. They also didn’t have beef or shrimp on the menu, and unfortunately, the papaya salad has been removed entirely. The soup and drunken noodles were quite good, although I felt that the noodles were mostly just lettuce with not enough actual noodles. However, the pad Thai was very bland, mostly consisting of beansprouts instead of noodles. The fried rice lacked flavor, and the fried egg on top was barely cooked. Overall, this was really disappointing, and we couldn’t finish our meal. I hope the quality improves again!
Good Thai food with vegetarian options, brightly decorated interior with an open kitchen. Sauce bar and utensil area was mostly neat. The Thai coffee was tasty! It?s a spiced coffee base sweetened with something molassesy, had notes of chocolate, finishedwith some milk or (half and half? as the creamer. I also got the green curry with the vegetarian option, which included friedtofu as the protein. The curry was a little spicy and was balanced between sweet and savory.
Crushcraft Thai Eats was a good experience from the unique decorations to the minimal menu. The food was delicious and filled with flavors. Crushcraft offers different sauces and oils (fish oil, chili oil, Sriracha, crushed chili's) for you to dress yourdish how you want it. We ???? the sauce on the cucumbers that were on top of the fried rice. Also vegetarian options areavailable upon request. Overall we had a good experience, and may return if were craving Thai in the uptown area. Food4/5 Service 4/5 Atmosphere 5/5 Cleanliness 4/5 Parking 5/5
