Contribuisci feedbackThey're always messing up. If I ordered cold foam, they forget it. If I order a large, they make it a medium. If I order a coconut refresher, they make it regular. Sensitive stomach here, so I always order Decaf. One time, I ordered online my usual decaf iced coffee and it made me so sick. My heart was racing, stomach and joints hurt and I was up until 4am feeling like death. I clearly wasn't given decaf. They don't consider dietary needs and will cut corners to their convenience and moods. Bakery is so dry as well.
I get that theyre busy, but they need to pay attention to the orders. They messed up my order 3x. First not giving me what I ordered, then cross contaminating, when I asked for non dairy, the lady mixed it with the SAME spoon she mixes all drink. Like do you not know what an allergy is?? Then they forgot my donuts. They have a gross attitude like this error was my fault.Dietary restrictions: Non dairy
Javon deserves a raise! Sweetest person I’ve ever encountered at Dunkin’! Helped me out with my ordered and didn’t hesitate to make sure I got what I wanted and even helped me with my app! Literally made my whole day with someone so nice!
What is the purpose of having reward points if 1. The employees don't know how to work the app 2. Refuse to figure it out. The young lady helped me get the points to convert but it never took it off my order, and since no one wanted to go ask a manager for assistance I was offered a donut mind you my points they took was over 700 points.
As a northeast gal, I need my Dunkin and this place is worth the 20 min drive to get my fix. I've done many to-go orders through the app at this location. The orders are always correct and ready for me when I arrive (sometimes even when I put the order in less than a couple of minutes before arriving! The staff is always super nice and welcoming, even when they are swamped. Also the location is quite clean. No complaints
