Easy Slider - Dallas

We tried several sliders: the Classic, Roadside, Sweet Lowdown, Baby Bella (my favorite!), and Glazed and Confused. The first three sliders were expertly crafted and burst with flavor. The Sweet Lowdown features a thin layer of strawberry jam on the bun that pairs beautifully with the Angus beef patty. The BBQ sauce and roasted jalapeño on the Roadside slider really enhance the beef's flavor. As for the Glazed and Confused, it's made with donut halves as the bun. I was skeptical at first, but it surprisingly worked well, especially with the double bacon. The Baby Bella slider quickly became my favorite; the mushroom is incredibly juicy, and there's a thick slice of mozzarella that melts just perfectly—soft yet firm enough to avoid a cheesy mess. Don't overlook the drinks! We tried the Cherry Whiskey Sour, House Margarita, and Toasty Old Fashioned—all were fantastic. The cocktails are expertly mixed, and the bartender certainly doesn't skimp on the spirits.

This cozy little spot is perfect for grabbing a quick and tasty bite. I give it five stars across the board! Will I return? Absolutely! The sweet slider was my favorite—the combination of feta cheese and strawberry jam was simply delightful. And I can't even begin to describe how amazing the tots are!

The sliders were amazing! I tried the Gouda slider and a sweeter one, but I can’t recall its name—maybe the Temptress had something to do with that! Either way, they were delicious, and our server was fantastic! I love dining in Delaware and can’t wait to visit Easy Slider again.

STAFF ISSUES 1 STAR EXPERIENCE, 5 STAR FOOD One bartender is completely incapable of doing his job. Slow, rude and possibly impaired. Multiple poor experiences being charged incorrectly. Amazing Food, was one of my favorite spots to visit for lunchduring the week. I can no longer trust my experience enough to bring friends clients. After my 3rd experience with him messingup my order (pictured below where's the Slider? I've stopped eating at the Deep Ellum location. I'll continue to visit theLegacy Hall location, as the food is too good to pass up.

The best sliders I have ever had in my life!!!! We had the food truck cater our clinic and everyone was more than happy. They gave us a good selection to pick from, the roadside slider changed my life!! Fresh ingredients, that kick from the jalapeñoswas amazing!!! They were made as we ordered them so they were hot and delicious.. I love they had bottle sodas with a bottleopener on the truck. I think about these sliders every day and I can't wait to visit the establishment. The crew was so friendlyand personable. I definitely recommend their food truck to cater any event. I promise you will not be disappointed. Thanks fortaking great care of our Vet Clinic and keep up the awesome work!!!
