Grimaldi's Pizzeria - Dallas

I recently had a disappointing experience with Grimaldi's. I received an ice-cold, burnt gluten-free pizza, and when I spoke to the manager on duty, he claimed that the issue was due to DoorDash and stated that it wasn't his responsibility to reach out to them. I placed my order directly through the Grimaldi's website, so I don't understand why they would shift the blame. It's their choice to use DoorDash for delivery, yet I was advised to contact DoorDash myself. They didn't offer to redeliver the correct order but instead told me I could come and pick it up, suggesting I mention I’m on the “pizza log.” Unfortunately, I don’t trust this promise, and I really don't want to go out to pick up my order. It's Friday night, and we order delivery for a reason. Grimaldi's should reevaluate their staff and avoid hiring those who respond with, "that's not my job."

After the first restaurant a friend and I tried had an hour wait, we decided to go here to see if the wait was shorter, and was glad to see it was. We got seated instantly and our waiter, Krystal was with us fast. Her service was nothing short of excellentthroughout the experience. We decided on having two 12 pizzas and they were the perfect size for us. The food quality was farabove expectation as well. At the end our bill was really cheap at $16(for each of us) too, definitely a spot I recommend if youfind yourself in uptown Dallas!

My boyfriend and I love coming here. The pizza is delicious, and the service is fantastic! Olivia, I believe her name is, always makes us feel welcome and is very attentive. We would definitely recommend this place for a pizza night!

This was my first visit to this location, as well as my first experience at any Grimaldi's. We arrived during the lull between lunch and dinner, so the restaurant wasn't crowded. It was clean, and our waitress was very friendly and welcoming. We ordered a meatball pizza, a cheese pizza, and a pepperoni pizza. While we were waiting for our food, an elderly member of our group fell ill and had to go to the outdoor seating area. The staff was extremely attentive during that time, ensuring that everything was alright. Fortunately, everything turned out fine, and we were able to enjoy some delicious pizza and salad. A big thumbs up to the staff! I definitely recommend this location.

Grimaldis brick over coal fired pizza in Dallas is absolutely fantastic. Hand tossed dough and great ingredients make an absolute killer pizza. The giant calzones 12 to 18 inches come with mozzarella and ricotta cheese, then you add whatevertoppings you want and it comes with a side of marinara. It's a very rich and flavorful combination. The cheese pizza wasexcellent, sliced mozzarella cheese on first and then splashed with a great pizza sauce, cooked to perfection! Definitelysatisfied this fat kid!
