I always have a great experience at this location take out or Dine in have always been on point. Everything is cooked fresh and steaming out! Due to those reasons, you might sometimes have to wait a lil bit BUT trust me it's worth the wait!Servers are always friendly and go the extra mile to satisfy any requests you may have. Love the food and I highly recommend anyone who's passing btmy deep Ellum to make a stop there.

I live at least 30 miles from the Deep Ellum location in Dallas and over time I’ve driven that 30 miles each way to get this chicken however, that ended today. A slow decline in employees that understand the basics of customer service is what could be the difference in success or failure. Twice I’ve called checking on pricing only to be put on pretend hold. Just laying the phone down while I hear the complete operation go. Today I decided to see how long the guy would keep me waiting before coming back with the info on pricing I had requested. “What are your specials for today?” I was left listening for over 20 min til I heard someone pick up the phone. They held it for about 30sec and then hung up. Not once did they say a word. Places that allow customer service like this would be boycotted no matter how good the food is. People today charge outrageous prices for their products and treat you like garbage in the process.DOES THE OWNER KNOW THE CONDITION OF HIS CUSTOMER SERVICE ? Went there with my son today and it was really really good. Ordered the 1/2 chicken and the tenders special. the seasoning was just right. Not overly hot, and had a only a small bite on the back end.Mac and Cheese was awesome and so were the fried green tomatoes and collard greens. Service was extremely friendly and we couldn't have had a more pleasant time.

I've ordered a chocolate chess pie for delivery four. Separate. Fucking. Times. They either cancel it or send me a piece. Order in the morning? They can't manage. Order at night? They can't manage. They DO manage to consistently make the driest chicken I've had from the four locations I've eaten from. Pathetic.Edit-Don't say I don't try to be fair. This is admittedly my first AM order from this location and it is definitely juicy and fresh. Maybe bad luck the three other times I've gotten food here later in the day. Y'all 1000% need to remove the whole pie option from any and all delivery platforms to stop deceiving your customers, though.

Service was fantastic the several times we've been here. Food is always hot, fresh, and tasty. Ambiance is great, smaller place but it's still great.
