Hamilton's - Dallas

Food was really good! Love the decor. Service was really good, too. The bartender and waitstaff were very friendly and attentive.

Enjoyed our Saturday brunch here. My friend was staying here so we chose it for convenience plus they accepted reservations (while most other brunch spots in the area did not). However, reservations were not need as it was virtually empty. Hence, no issue with crowds, noise or slow service. We sat in a sunny corner which was nice. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast burritos potatoes were delicious. Good spot if you have a reason to be at the convention center (which was our case). Decor is very out there/eclectic/artsy. Menu prices were very reasonable.

The overall feeling of Hamilton 's is one of comfortable sophistication. The food was amazing! My boyfriend absolutely adored the Chicken Fried Steak which Hamilton 's was somehow able to make look fancy! He kept saying over and over, This is SO good! He LITERALLY cleaned his plate!! As I had booked our stay at the Lorenzo for his 30th birthday celebration, I am pleased to report the restaurant did not disappoint and we thoroughly enjoyed the time spent there. I ordered the salmon and Brussel sprouts dish and found it to be very tasty though not being a huge Brussel sprout fan, it was so amazing, I ate it all up. A young man was playing the piano in the corner which provided a calming ambiance amid the louder patrons. It was lovely. I high recommend giving this place a try if you 're in the area or planning a trip to Dallas

I just absolutely loved it here the singer Brad was awesome and we will be attending again and again and again. this was a fabulous night and we both enjoyed it. Staff was kind and helpful. Al the manager was great and so was the security who took our photos. Our waitress was awesome she gave us a lot of knowledge of the hotel.

I could see this spot turning into a trendy go-to happy hour or rendezvous point prior to a night out. I’m not sure if it was recently renovated but they poured some serious capital into ambiance and design. The food was above average. For appetizers, we tried the brussel sprouts (a little dry but tasty), mac and cheese (tasted like Velveeta), empanadas (on the burnt side), and hummus (easily the best appetizer and everyone’s favorite). We went light on dinner with the poblano chicken soup (highly recommended) and arugula salad with chicken (fresh and filling). Like I said, the decor was top notch and the drinks were generous/stout. We’ll gladly find our way back to Hamilton’s, especially prior to any concert/event on the south side of Dallas.
