Hard Rock Cafe Dallas

They are closing and they had ran out of a lot of the food items! Can go get a good burger else where. Very disappointing!

It was lunchtime extremely quiet. Food was average portions small. Service very good

We wanted two appetizers for our family. Nachos and the spinach dip. They were out of tortilla chips. Ugh. My wife and I both ordered the chicken fajitas for our entree. We each got two small tortillas. That’s it for making our fajItas. The place was dead too for a Sunday night at 7:30. Hard Rock Dallas had really gone downhill.

This was my first and last time coming to this restaurant. The wait was a joke after I made reservations and there were hardly any customers. The food was terrible and the employees acted like they hated working there. The service was extremely slow it took almost an hour to get chicken fajitas. I would never eat there again nor would I recommend anyone.

This was my first time at the Dallas Hard Rock Cafe. I’ve been to others in other cities. There were a lot of mistakes during my dinner here. The waitress brought the wrong drink for me, they were out of ribs which my husband ordered, they brought me a side salad but charged me for an entree salad. I don’t think I’ll ever go back.
