**What I Liked:** 1. Our server was exceptionally attentive and provided us with plenty of information about the menu. 2. I really enjoyed my drink, the Summer Sage; it was refreshing and flavorful. 3. The host made a lovely gesture by offering everyone a taste of rosé and proposing a toast to celebrate everyone for coming out. It was a sweet touch. **What I Didn’t Like:** 1. The music was quite loud, making it hard to hold a conversation. We would have preferred sitting on the rooftop, but it was too hot to do so. 2. The food didn’t quite meet my expectations. The bison was overwhelmed with sauce, the mashed potatoes had an unusual taste, and the steak was greasy. The highlight was definitely the poke bowl salad, which was very fresh. Overall, it was a mixed experience. I would recommend visiting for drinks rather than for dinner.

We frequently order takeout from this place and the food is consistently excellent. However, I felt compelled to write this review because of the outstanding customer service. They mistakenly sent the wrong order with our Uber delivery, so I returned to get the correct one. Michelle, the manager, kindly offered to remake our order for free and even provided a complimentary drink while I waited! She was incredibly friendly and accommodating, as was the waitress who came to check on me. Overall, it was a wonderful experience thanks to the amazing staff!

The restaurant was quite busy, but we were seated right away and received excellent service from our server. It's a cashless establishment and was smaller than other locations of this chain, yet it maintained a similar atmosphere. As for the food, my friend was let down by the Backyard Burger; she found the patty to be thin, the burger arrived cold, and the other ingredients, aside from the bun, seemed of low quality. I ordered the Seared Redfish, which I enjoyed, but I do wish the portion had been larger, as I left a bit hungry.

I think this place is amazing. I can tell they make it their goal to provide the perfect experience. The atmosphere is like no other.The food looks great, smells great, and you can sense harmony with the food coming out and the expeditors.It gets pretty busy, and it doesn't look like they struggle to keep up with guest service.I met Collin, the manager. He was very friendly and encouraged me to take photos. Made it that much better for me to take in the whole experience.

This place has a ton of different vibes depending on our preference! There are 2 floors. The first floor is more like a restaurant, the second floor is a rooftop with all kinds of fireplaces, fire pits, heaters, etc. There 's a huge bar you can sit around and the entire rooftop has a pretty relaxed vibe. It is fairly packed on the weekends but a little wait could get you a table. Our server was very attentive and service was good. This can be a go to hang out spot in summer 's at the rooftops.
