In-n-out Burger - Dallas

We 're from SoCal, hence way into the In Out cult. We had our first bad I N experience ever at this location last week. Weekday afternoon, around 5:30, and the restaurant had almost no customers. What, is this a Twilight Zone moment, everybody has disappeared from the planet? Nope, just oddly not busy here. We were second in line at the counter. Still, it took 20+ minutes to get our food, and it was a reasonably simple order. Food came out wrong checked the receipt, and the clerk entered it correctly, but it was prepared incorrectly. Offered to remake our food, but who has that much time? Asked for a refund, and got it. Left and ate at home. The whole operation had a loosey goosey feel, disorganized, not at all like chain standards. I 'm thinking maybe a bunch of people all called in sick the same day, or the manager was a bit out of his/her depth? We 'll try them again in the future, but not right away. This shop is having problems.

Horrible employee by the name of Michael in a white infinite 2 door , I was enjoying my food in the parking lot when he came directly at me barking orders like if he was some type person with powers saying get off are parking lot we are close.I said sir I'm just eating.... still don't even know who he is just in plain clothesInstead of running me off they should've clean all the trash in the parking lot area , these are type of bullies that should be terminated immediately I will reach out to corporate , it's sad that young people these days have no respect for elders anymore and if he would've asked nicer maybe I wouldn't be writing a bad review on this guy.

Every time we go, we try In-N-Out, and I keep thinking, This will be the time I finally get what everyone has been raving about, but it never works out that way. The fast-food burger is perfectly average, and the fries are merely acceptable. It 's absolutely fine in every way.

First time trying In and out. Menu is very simple. I love that the meat taste fresh. Buns are toasted which I love. Really good service by the staff; fast and courteous. The location is very clean as well.

Good hamburger, good quality you can pick your burger with several variation on meat and cheese such as: double double, 3X3, quad quad or animal style which comes with a secret sauce. Animal fries and vanilla shake are bomb! I Definitely recommend this place to go for a quick meal
