I love it when I'm in the mood for some Texas barbecue, only to arrive and find out that the dining room is closed despite the sign saying they don't close for another 3.5 hours.

(Sour-Dough) It was descent, but sloppy. Drowned in ketchup and I had to give the order back because the curly fries were cold. That seems to make the workers upset; well stop thinking everyone will accept fries that has sat under a light for heat.?

The food here is always good. The staff is so nice and always serve up hot fresh food when i come daily! Best fries of any fast food place!

The service at this restaurant was very poor. They did not have cheese for the burger, and the taco regal was already eaten when I tried to contact them multiple times. They did not answer the phone.

In any case, they are worse than me. I placed a mobile order for pickup. When I arrived, they did not respond to my calls or messages. After waiting for ten minutes, I tried to say hello and call them again. Unfortunately, I never received my food or a refund. I have tried to file a complaint online three times but have not received a response. Since they do not offer a satisfactory solution, I would like to meet in person to receive a refund for the food that I never received. The staff did not seem interested in their job at all.
