I wish the management and owners would do more to help alleviate the stress their staff experiences. The employees are always friendly and accommodating, but it’s clear that they struggle during busy times when deliveries come in and there aren’t enough staff members to handle the customer flow. Occasionally, equipment malfunctions, and the staff has to manage it while maintaining their professionalism. I’m not sure what the staff’s wages are, but honestly, given their hard work and the fact that they don’t just walk out, they deserve at least $15 to $18 an hour. It’s no exaggeration. They manage a lot here and still manage to serve us fresh food with a smile.

Earlier this week, I stopped by for a quick lunch. When I got back to the office, I realized my sandwich wasn't made correctly. I called the restaurant and spoke with the general manager, Yvonne, who was very apologetic. She invited me to come back so she could fix the issue. I returned today, and not only did she cover the cost of my replacement sandwich, but she also comped my entire meal, even though she didn't have to. I really appreciated her going above and beyond to provide excellent customer service—thank you, Yvonne! Plus, they have the best BBQ chips and hot peppers!

The Vito is my favorite dish! It's always prepared perfectly. Just add some delicious ranch and Jimmy Peppers, and you have a fantastic meal. I dined in recently, and the place was spotless. Whenever I order delivery, it's always quick too.

Olga made ordering a breeze! I had a large order to pay for with individualized box lunches for the nonprofit that I work for. She made everything quick easy to pay tax-exempt over the phone. Thank you Olga for the great service!!

Tiny location but just as freaky fast as any other location. The part of town is a little sketch. Store was clean and we'll staffed.
