The nice thing about Jimmy John is my 3 friends and I can split 2 sandwiches and be full by the end of it. They're so big lol, even just the regular size. We tried the new Beefy Ranch and the Club Tuna. The Beefy Ranch is solid as they give a lot of beef and the ranch is, well it's ranch. Can't really go wrong. There's also crunchy crouton things that give it nice texture. It's in a tortilla wrap, not a sandwich which surprised me. Club Tuna is a usual fav. It's pretty rich with the mayo tuna salad and thickkkk pieces of provolone but really good if you like Tuna Salad and cheese. They always give a good amount of meat and I like that! Service was curt but super speedy. Thanks JJ!
The service was awesome and the food was perfectly made. Thank you, will come back again. I read some of the comments. Seems like the lady named Candice or Karen was rather petty. Any person who would dispute the charges on a sandwich that they still ate, needs to get a life.
Went this past Saturday on 12/14/19 12:30 p.m. received my sandwich 1:15 p.m....45 mins....later....why you ask? Apparently, the staff had a big order which they essentially put 'all hands on deck ' to complete, but they neglected walk-in customers in the process. Online orders were made of course, while others either left or waited (which we did due to our tight lunch window and proximity). Once the sandwich was finished, no napkins or bag to carry....just a rush job....I won 't come back to this location! History was definitely made! The slowest JJ 's ever! Outstanding work!
Came in during lunch to grab a sandwich. A little line, but I don't mind. After a minute or so in the line, I had to use the toilet room, so I asked an employee for the code to the bathroom. Instead of giving me the code they said I should wait until I had a reception. Are you crazy? I only get the whole bathroom for customers. But I waited for it clearly. I'm professionally dressed (Polo shirt and Khakis), so obviously I'm not a random homeless. I won't wait in the line because you're training a modicum of common sense. It seems stupid to lose a frequent customer who lives directly on the street from your business, but I guess this Jimmy John's does not believe in customer service.
