Contribuisci feedbackI'm not sure if it's just me, but I feel like KFC has gone downhill in terms of quality, flavor, and customer service. The food was okay, the service was okay, and the prices were typical for chicken.
Easy customer service as usual. I went through the drive thru and got $2.25 in change. The young lady in the window just gave me $2.00. I had to blow my horn to get her attention and when I told her she forgot to return my change, she said: “We have no change. Only paper money.’ I called the manager to complain, and she said it was "for today" and that the cashier would have told me that. There is something very shady at this point. They rarely give customers revenue and once, they rounded my bill without my permission for a donation to the “KFC Foundation. ‘
Val had excellent customer service skills not even she was mad at the way she was treated (yes, I had a setting, I spent over 50 dollars) they keep their professional mode on the chefs even crazy when I requested fresh food, but they were not they made it with no problem definitely recommend here
I just left the ride through this restaurant. The girl in the car through the window with the pink braid needs serious adjustment. It has been since about 2014, since I had KFC (since 2019 in India). As I browse through the menu, it takes longer than it needs to find the page list. I ordered the 12 pieces of meal and could not find the pages yet, so I asked: "I can't find the list of pages - where are the pages listed here? “It reacts to “they are on the menu”. This is incredibly helpful, thank you. It takes another 30-45 seconds to finally find the unnecessarily small list of pages, but I find it, although I am now irritated and wish I had tried Popeyes instead.
They have bad service they forgot to send my biscuits and the corn was mixed with some macaroni
