Kfc - Dallas

The person working the drive-thru wasn't very friendly. I asked for just dark meat, but I ended up getting chicken breasts instead. However, the food was tasty. Overall, the experience could have been better.

I have a bit of a dilemma because I've already labeled the Taco Bell on Short Street as the worst in Dallas. However, since Google Maps lists it as a KFC, I guess that means I need to reconsider my review. So, this KFC now takes the title of the worst KFC in Dallas. What issues did I experience here? First, they were unable to fulfill anything from the Bargain menu. Then, I noticed there were no napkins or utensils available in the dining area. To top it off, the restrooms were locked, and the two employees said they had no key. This place has so many problems.

I’ll keep this brief because I have a lot to say. They had closed the dining area due to a supposed lack of staff, which meant it took forever to get my drink lids. Every drink I ordered was also wrong. Having worked in fast food, I know that closing the floor or being disorganized is not an excuse, especially when I was the only customer. It took 15 minutes for the worker to even notice I was at the window, and then another 30 minutes to receive my food. One of my cookies had mold on it, and instead of the six cookies I was supposed to get, I only received two. I wouldn’t recommend this place. The staff is lazy and rude.

I visited this KFC at 10:40 PM, and I was the only customer there. It seemed like the staff was avoiding taking my order, which I found very unprofessional. I will definitely be addressing this with management tomorrow. Although the restaurant is supposed to close at 11:00 PM, it felt like they were already shutting down at 10:40. I just want to warn others that this KFC may close earlier than their stated hours.

NO SAUCES on my online purchase??, no honey / no grill. I guess that's why this gave a cookie?, so disappointing?.
