Kfc - Dallas

I ONCE WENT AND GOT SOME HALF DONE CHICKEN, I DIDN'T GO BACK FOR AWHILE, I FORGOT TO ORDER BISCUTS AND THEY TOLD ME I HAD TO GET BACK IN LINE THAT WAS CRAZY AND UNACCEPTABLE SOMEONE NEEDS TO TALK TO MANAGMENT

There's no way this KFC can get more than 3 stars. Today my husband went to get a 8pc meal and oh lord, I could just ate a sandwich at home. This chicken was sooooo nasty, ??was so dry and clearly you could tell it was reheated to the point were the bones will break on their own. Will never eat from that place again ??

When calling KFC they hardly answers the phone if you have a question you have to get into your car and go there. Then they don't have what you want, and that's waisting gas to get there?????

Paid for 2 extra sides and didn’t get the side that came with the meal nor the 2 extras and they had the nerve to rush me!!

My food was very cold I asked for mashed potatoes ANDDDD gravy and it was plain no gravy also wrong drink ? No silverware? Sucks
