La Madeleine - Dallas

Chips come with cold sandwiches at every location except this one. Airport price gouging at its best!

Upon arrival at DFW airport, my family and I had cappuccinos and mini-tarts. All good and very convenient. Reasonable prices.

I love la Madeleine but ever since the pandemic they have limited menu and not just that their food doesn’t taste the same . I went a couple weeks ago and order my favorite chicken parisien to my surprise when I unwrapped the sandwich it was full of mayo. Today I decided to give it another chance order the Turkey bistro and it didn’t quite had the ingredients that was described on the menu.It’s just disappointed ? because the la Madeleine in the terminal is not the same as I am used to it !

I cannot express how much I appreciate Mary! She was incredibly kind and friendly, and her assistance was very helpful. The food was delicious and Mary handled a difficult situation with professionalism and ease. Unfortunately, we had some flight issues during our holiday trip, but Mary remained calm and took care of us. Even though I was frustrated, she was understanding. Thank you, Mary!

During my 2-hour layover at the Dallas airport, I decided to try La Madeleine for their croque monsieur and tomato soup. Unfortunately, they did not have tomato soup available at the moment, even though it was advertised on their menu. Instead, I opted for a different soup that was good, but not my favorite. The service was quick, despite the crowded facility when I arrived at 10 o'clock. The sandwich was made fresh, which was a major plus for me.
