This is an authentic local bar with a laid-back atmosphere. Just good times, no fancy decor.

This is such a enjoyable spot! The atmosphere is charmingly cheesy. The staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating, offering great recommendations and modifying menu items for dietary restrictions. While the menu isn't exactly health-conscious, they can put together some delicious and fresh options. Just be aware, they tend to be generous with the salt.

One of my fave places to hang in Dallas. The burgers and onion rings are the best. Ask the tall red-headed bartender about his fish named Fred.

This place could totally be in Austin. Dog-friendly, super laid back, and great live music. I’ve never had a bad time at Lee Harvey’s.
