Liberty Burger - Dallas

The food is fine, I guess. The menu is an absolutely indecipherable mess. We had a group of 8 and due to a miscommunication between the waitstaff and kitchen, the wrong orders were brought to the wrong diners, with some orders entirely wrong. Further, the bar area received inaccurate milkshake orders. My water glass was not refilled at any point. Finally, there are multiple menu items shown on screens in the dining area that are apparently not available at this particular restaurant.

Disappointed and I was really exited to try this place out! My boyfriend and I stopped by for an easy to go dinner tonight. We got in, was told to order at the bar, paid, got our food then left. When we got home we noticed that what we got wasn’t our order! We were missing an order of fries and got onion rings instead. Also we got random burgers that weren’t even closed to what we asked for! I even paid EXTRA to get bacon and cheese not 1 of the burgers had this or was what I was looking forward to. We tried to called, but after 9 rings we hung up and just ate what we got (as we were starving at this point). The burgers were good, quality was there, but our experience was not. I couldn’t even tell you what burger was good because we have no idea what we even got! Maybe they do better if you dine in? At least you can send the food away if it’s wrong. $35 bucks gone on a letdown experience :

Food was spot on, but the lady the service was not great. She did not offer to refill our drinks at all. She started asking. Do you know what you want the moment we sat down there were no prices on the drink so we had no idea how much the food was gonna cost yesterday well, not the food but the drinks Seem to be in a hurry to get rid of us waiting for the check even 20 minutes after we got our food attitude. We did not get any refills or any refills. Soon as we sat down Like I stayed before she asked, do you guys know what you want but I felt like it was racially profiled. I have a lot of years of experience and service. I need to get a job there and show them what service is all about

You have to pay 20% premium compare to other locations in dallas because this location has servers, and the price of the menu is exactly the same. As someone who was a regular of liberty burger, eating a burger liberty burger 3-4 times a week at other location, I do not like the full service restaurant vibe here. It will cost you about $20-$25 per person for a burger, fries, drink, and TIP. That being said, the food and service was as expected from liberty burger; It was great. But personally, I will not be coming back to this location.
