Maple Leaf Diner - Dallas

This is a great example of a restaurant that does everything well. My salad was excellent. Every ingredient on it was fresh and crisp. The chicken pliers were amazing. All other meals brought from the kitchen to other tables also looked amazing. Simply clean decor with oversized red benches and partitions between tables. Professional staff. There's a reason this place is so high rated.

Very clean and beautifully decorated. I thought this place was part of a business chain or had several sites due to the professional design throughout the restaurant. I was surprised to learn that it was a single local landlord location. The staff is very friendly and efficient. Food was absolutely delicious! And they were presented on several TV shows for their superior flavors! After dinner here I see why. 100% recommend this place!!

Food was SO GOOD! The portions were really big and the price was quite reasonable. Everything was delicious and I was so full after that I could hardly go. The service was great and very attentive. 100% I intend to come back in the future. Got it: chicken, bacon, waffle of the landwurst waffle, the diner special with blueberries pancakes, the pot brat pan. All amazing and all great decisions.

We came here on the commemorative day to celebrate a birthday and had a great experience! The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, the food was fantastic, and our server Chris was very friendly and attentive. We both ordered the chicken waffles and they were very well plated/pre-set and so, so good! The waffles were sharp on the outside, but still delicate on the inside. The fried chicken pliers had a not too thick, not too thin coating, which tasted very secretly and delicious and perfectly paired with the waffles. The two small cream puppets rounded the meal nicely. They were surprisingly not too sweet. We've washed everything with delicious, refreshing icey bats. Perfect! Can not wait to try other items on the menu.

Great dining experience. Great atmosphere, service and delicious food. Chris was our server and he was attentive and courteous. I had the chicken, bacon and waffles and it was delicious. The yummy melt in your mouth cream puffs on the top were a nice bonus and the best cream puffs I have ever had. The bakery counter was a nice touch so you can take sweets home with you too! Definitely worth the visit, my only complaint would be the wait but it was well worth it!
