Mariscos La Marea - Dallas

The customer service was terrible. The food was disgusting. Nobody ate the food. My food was spoiled. I asked the waitress to please bring me the check four times that I was not going to eat this that I was going to pay and leave. I asked her several times and she refused to bring it to me. Then she started involving the other customers, the table next to me and the people in front of me. She started to scream at me and asking the other people that if I if they could stay until the police Did not refuse to pay for the service, even though the food was disgusting the check so we can leave. There was cockroaches all over the place the bathroom smell like mold. We asked the waitress for the manager several times and she denied it. She all she did was called the police after we still were willing to pay for food.

My dad had a fish that smelt so bad. I walked out with a cockroach on my foot customer service was so bad. They ruined the service for not only us, but the people next to us, and in front of us all of us all three tables walked out without eating nothing but a bite of our food . We complain to the server that the food was bad and instead from trying to make it right, she called the police . The food was so bad. My children didn’t even eat it. The service was terrible. This waitress started screaming at us. After we told her politely we did not like the food the restaurant was full of bugs .

Dine in today with my daughter ordered stuff shrimp which was supposed to have jalapeño cheese wrap on bacon the bacon was rawAlso ordered red whole snapper also same thing cooked on the outside and raw on the inside got the waitress and showed her she agreed on the bacon and gave her a peace of the fish to take to the manager and the cook they said that if they would fry in any longer it would burn the the fish one the outside would not recommend this place at all overprice and under cookWould give them a -5 if possible

I have visited this restaurant multiple times and noticed that the service differs depending on who I am with. When I am with my friends at the bar, the female servers treat me like a regular drinker. However, when I go with my wife, the dynamics change.

Horrible service , they only accept cash but they won't tell you so be careful cause they will rip you off
