Mcdonald's - Dallas

Large Latte, where is the rest of my coffee?!?!? I. Ould understand if there was foam filling up the rest of the cup, but there wasn 't. And the employee that I asked about it only said, I don 't know, I guess we just don 't fill them up all the way .

Almost every time I visit this location my order is wrong or not fully given to me. The fries were cold this last visit and I literally live 5 minutes away. Just not worth anyone's time to visit to have your order wrong, and no one answers the phone here either.

They're made is very salty I always have to order without salt so it's fresh every time sweet tea is pretty

Person taking my order was rather rude in drive through. Finally got my order taken and to the window to pay. Cashier told me the amount. I paid and tried asking for my receipt. They weren't paying attention and just closed the window. Went to the pick up window and got my food and the mcflurry... food was cold, meat was overcooked, fries were stale and they didn't bother mixing the oreo mint into the ice cream. They just put it on top and handed it to me. I highly doubt I'll be heading back to this establishment again.

Multiple times they've messed up food orders and in particular coffee at night. Ordering thru Doordash and the coffee is ice cold. And it's not due to a delayed delivery.
