Medina Oven - Dallas

I believe this is one of the best restaurants in the US… The food is excellent and the service is unbelievable.

Medina was delightful! The food is delicious and authentic. We will be back. Loved it!

They did not honor our reservation, and would not seat us. When we got there, they said they were booked. When I told them we had a reservation, they said, “we had other reservations.” Very dismissive and very unprofessional. 

Great place, food. Our waiter was working so hard. I felt like he was the only waiter they had for the whole restaurant. I asked the person who brought us our food for another drink and he looked lost, and obviously that wasn't his job. The people beside us were having trouble getting another drink. No doubt it was just because the waiter was trying to wait on 20 plus tables. I know it is hard to find workers, but the person filling water or the person bring food should be able to pass on drink orders to the bartender.
