Mesero Preston Hollow Village - Dallas

I called my daughter about a daddy daughter. Once we had set ourselves, they were slow to even confirm that we were there and to take our order. when they took our order, they lost our ticket and let us know only after an hour of sitting and waiting.

Perfectly cooked salmon, tasty tacos, prompt service, without rushing us. happy and efficient staff. beautiful decoration. good value. I couldn't blame our evening.

The waiter was very nice and helpful to explain the menu. eating and margaritas were delicious. coming back.

The food and service was great. Sadly, we forgot how tight the space is at this location.

I love Mesero and usually have excellent service. However, I had to wait 30 minutes past the time of my reservation to be seated. I had my elderly grandparents with me and there was no where for them to sit while we waited for our reservation. Our service was great once we were seated but was extremely disappointed in the lack of preparation for a table of 8.
