Mickle Cajun Kitchen - Dallas

Had a crave for Cajun, and decided to google as I was driving through the area for work with my coworker. Decided to stop after seeing menu online. I got a fish and shrimp poboy and a small cup of gumbo. Fish and shrimp were fried to order so that was fresh as could be. It was delicious, will have again. The gumbo was even better, which sucks because it’s going to make it hard to order just a small cup next time. Washed it all down with an ice cold cup of Kool Aid. Service was top notch and everyone very welcoming. I’ll be making the drive from FW soon.Go Cowboys!

Tried the gumbo today; and, am very happily surprised with it! The cashier told me I was in for a treat; and I now have to agree! They will be my go-to spot when I’m too lazy to make my own.

Have gotten delivery from here a few times but went in today just to check out the digs and save some money on the DoorDash. Worth the trip, there is a call from the parking lot ordering option, but go on in and chat. Any chance I get to not use DoorDash I 'll take it :

I’m excited to share a review because the food here is fantastic! More people really need to check this place out. It's my favorite spot for boudin in all of DFW. Everything is fresh and made to order. I also tried the gumbo and crawfish étouffée. The gumbo was loaded with shrimp and sausage, and it was packed with flavor. The crawfish étouffée was creamy, delicious, and filled with crawfish. This is my third visit, and each time the food has been outstanding. It’s definitely a hidden gem, so please help spread the word. This place truly deserves recognition!

I visited this restaurant for the first and last time. I ordered the gumbo and sweet potato pie. Unfortunately, the gumbo was cold, and the rice tasted like it was just boiled in a bag. The pie was frozen in the middle, only warmed on the outside, with no crust at all—it was just soggy and terrible! I won’t be returning.
