On Saturday, April 6th. From the start our server seemed a little nervous and anxtious. It made for an uneasy dining experience. The chef that night was the owner, whom I have met on every other occasion. Very nice guy and sweet family. He didn 't make his way to the table as usual to say hi. I was a little disappointed by that, yet I realize he was slightly busy in the kitchen. He say good night and thanks, and something else I could not understand, as we were leaving. At one point before we ordered, we were the only ones in the room. Yet it was fairly busy when we arrived. This is the first time I had noticed the owner behind the grill. We ordered the cheddar and chicken flat bread, it seemed to be a little over cooked and lacked something . I 've had it before, under two different chef 's there. Something was missing. It was ok though. We also had the sausage links, which were very juicy and tasty. The right amount for one, the bread and mustard played nicely with the sausage. The biggest disappointment was the potatoes, those were not the potatoes I had eaten on every other visit. Which were nice thick cut, long spears, fried golden and crispy on the outside and perfectly soft on the inside. The ones served on Saturday, were mushy and dry, with just a sprinkling of salt, maybe some herbs yet couldn 't taste them. There was more of them, yet they were pretty flavorless and didn 't look very appetizing, to me. One of my guest commented, he could taste every ingredient and he liked them. Another one said, they are just potatoes, nothing fancy. I have come to expect much more from Orno. They spoiled me on my previous visits, with not just the food but with the service. I still would recommend Orno to my friends and family! I look forward to my next visit and confident things will be better.
Very good food; service was very friendly but a little slow. When they found out we had another event to get to, they apologized profusely and gave us a complimentary pour of wine and rushed our food out. Music is very loud, so it’s hard to have a conversation, but otherwise a great meal. I would go back.
Always a wonderful experience at Orno. The food, service, atmosphere continue to make this a favorite place for dinner with friends. The owners are amazing and always appreciate their personal engagement with every guest.
Great brunch! Nice wine list. Small, but cozy. nice patio.
A perfect place to meet friends for lunch, brunch or dinner. Great menu with healthy options. Comfortable environment and quiet enough to hear your conversation.
