I really wanted to like this restaurant despite the fact that the ratings were so low and if not for the GM, I might have given it 2 stars instead of 3.My mother in-law and I arrived for a 12:00 reservation on a Tuesday and the restaurant was pretty much empty except for about two tables that looked like obvious work-lunch meetings. Suffice it to say, that it was pretty dead.When we walked in, we were greeted by the lovely bartender/hostess that I had hoped would be our waitress, however we ended up being served by a new employee that was not only super slow but unsure of availability of items.We started with the beer cheese fondue that was just ok. I was debating between the lobster ravioli and chicken cobb salad, but when I was told by our waiter that they were out of ravioli, I decided on the salad. Before he could take our order, we were approached by GM and while discussing the menu changes, he told me that they actually did have the ravioli in stock. After trying it, I should have stuck with the salad as it was a tad bland and had too many sun-dried tomatoes.n My mother in-law really liked her beef tenderloin pepper steak.I might come back as I frequent the area quite often, but would rather come back when it is a livelier crowd.

Came for a company party. The food was good, the service was excellent, especially with our large group.

At STIRR Addison, each meal tells a tale of perfection. The Glazed Salmon is melt-in-your-mouth delicious, and the Chicken Parmesan is a comfort food classic with a modern twist. a restaurant that raises the bar for American food.

BOMB! I was so impressed. I got the blackened chicken and grits and a waffle and my brother got the chicken and waffles. He said his waffles were good but the chicken was pretty simple. MY FOOD HOWEVER WAS DELICIOUS! Chicken and grits with the hollandaise sauce was absolutely divine. The waffle was shaped like Texas and was the perfect texture crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. Our service was good too! I will be returning!

The atmosphere is off the hook! Customer service is A1! Appetizers are very good as well. Should've gotten something other than just chicken and waffles. They were good but not to die for.
