Pizza Hut - Dallas

Oh my goodness! I found a large cockroach in my pizza box. I called the waiter over and the manager asked for evidence. Since I had not attempted to kill the roach, I quickly took a picture with my phone.

We should be able to share photos. The manager informed me that when they make their large pizza, they put four peppers on each slice. However, when cutting the pizza, they stacked the peppers in the corner of each slice on top of each other. I found this to be quite silly. I told the manager that no one made my pizza the way she described, which is probably why they ran out of peppermint. I wish someone had made my pizza without it being soaked in grease. It ended up being the worst pepperoni pizza I've ever had.

It took 6 hours for the food to be delivered, 2 hours for the food tour, and on a Friday evening it took almost 40 minutes for someone to answer the phone to cancel the order. The customer service was very poor.

People should realize that this business, along with many others, is directly impacted by worker shortages and ridiculously high gas prices. They correct mistakes when they make them and the food is consistently great.

I ordered through the app and order was correct. The pizzas were delicious. Cooked without burning them. I'll order again soon.
