This location is great! I never had a problem here, and the service is always perfect. Karen helped me today and she's so sweet!

This place makes the chicken burl bad. They didn't give me an avocado or they told me they were out. There were many bones so I couldn't just eat it. I had to take every bite and finger carefully through the meat. And I told them double rice instead of beans and it said it on the entrance, but they still gave beans and not rice. Don't go to this place.

I've been here for about 4 months. I thought they were just doing chickens! My favorite is the Barbacoa. The portions are enough for two people. The staff is always very friendly. Especially Abigail Fernando!

One of the best Pollo Regio shops in the county Dallas. Customer service is great, especially one of their employees, Abigail. She checks my order before me to make sure I was satisfied. She even asked how I did it before I had ordered, and once she gave me my order, she made sure I was happy and wished me a good day. I recommend going here.

I drove by this location looking for great food and definitely found it! Thank you Karen V. for the marvelous service. Coming in I had no knowledge of the menu. This associate went beyond to ensure I was properly educated. I will be returning soon whenever I?m in town. Thank you again. -Deon
