Pt's Fried Chicken And Fish - Dallas

This restaurant was delicious, but it has been closed for about a month or so. I drove past earlier and saw a "closed" sign on the windows.

PT's has the best fried chicken wings and fries so far. I love that their food is always well seasoned, and the pickles and peppers are the cherry on top. The service is always friendly and fast. I have not had one bad order from them yet as I work my way through an extremely versatile menu that boasts more than just Chicken and Fish. Great Job guys 5*stars

1st time at this place since it's been open. Will not be going back. I ordered a 2 piece dark and waited for 10 min then asked the lady about my food and she said she didn't remember me paying her. I made sure i got my food without paying twice. Then a man came in behind me and ordered some fries. She said the fries just came out the fryer. She lied and put the fries back in the deep fryer to warm up

This place takes its time on Uber ,door dash,and GrubHub drivers on purpose. I can go in and have to wait all the time. They won't start cooking it until you walk in,even though it is already paid for a head of time on the tablet. This place is just discouraging. I have done nothing but be polite working for all the food apps. But I don't think I will be back in to pick up another order. I just don't understand it can be dead in there and still the food don't drop till you arrive. Then they serve what your pre order was and give it to a walk-in. And there you go waiting even longerI have notice it takes about 25 min to 35 min just to pick up an order here. Not worth my 6 bucks or even 10

We visited PT's at about 2 pm and we're one of just a couple customers. We ordered a chicken tender basket and fish and shrimp basket. Each basket comes with fries and a slice of white bread. The chicken, fish, and shrimp were seasoned and fried to perfection. I was not as impressed with the fries as they were not quite as crisp as they should have been. Overall, though I would recommend you check this place out.
